こんにちは！佐山ゼミ3回の太治あゆみです。
今回は、佐山ゼミで行われている実習の１つである白山麓実習の下見についてご紹介します！
今年は、下見を8月2・3日の1泊2日で行いました。
白山麓実習を指導してくださっている野畠先生の引率のもと、実習8期生の角谷、西村と9期生の赤尾、金、太治が参加しました。
今回の下見は実習でお世話になる方々へのご挨拶と現時点での実習計画の報告、さらに現地の方々の意見を伺い、計画をより具体的なものにすることがメインの活動でした。
まず白山ろくテーマパークへ行き、白山手取川ジオパーク推進協議会（白山市役所）の日比野さんにお会いしました。
実習生で考えた計画を報告し、実習に向けての詳しい打ち合わせを行いました。たくさんのご意見をいただきとても勉強になりました。
続いて吉野工芸の里へ行き、初めて水車小屋を見ました。この水車小屋は去年の白山麓実習で先輩方が復活させたものです。一年経った今でも力強く回っていました。私たち9期生は見るのが初めてだったので感動するとともにイベントへの実感が湧いてきました。
こうして１年間動いているのは先輩方の頑張りはもちろん、現地の方々が手入れをしてくれているからだと感じ、本当に皆さんに支えられている実習であるとさらに実感しました！
建物の中に戻って、いつも実習を支えてくださっている西出さん、小村さん、松澤さん（工芸の里スタッフ、白山吉野地域振興協議会）にも参加していただき、計画の報告と打ち合わせを行いました。より現地の声を聞くことができました。インターネットでは知ることが出来ない情報や、現地の方々の想いを知ることができ、実際に現地に行くことの大切さを改めて感じました。
1日目の締めくくりに白山市役所にご挨拶に伺いました。
2日目は白山麓実習を支えてくださっている金沢庭材株式会社の方々にご挨拶をし、前日の打ち合わせを踏まえて野畠先生とさらに詳しい打ち合わせを行いました。
今回の下見によって私たち9期生は白山麓実習への実感が湧き、意識を高めることが出来ました。また、色々な方々とお話をする事でそれぞれの立場に立って物事を考える事の大切さを身をもって感じました。下見で得たことを活かしながら、これから実習まで全力で頑張りたいと思います！！

今回の下見では白山麓実習を支えてくださっている方々全員にお会いすることはできなかったのですが、皆様への感謝の気持ちがさらに強くなった下見でした。

Hello! I am Nami Akao from the 3rd Sayama seminar.
This time we will introduce preliminary examination of "Hakusanroku Practice" which is one of practical training being done at Sayama seminar!
This year, we conducted preliminary inspection on the 2nd and 3rd of August on overnight in two days.
Kakutani, Nishimura of the eighth graders and Akao, Kim, Taji ninth graders participated under the leadership of Mr. Nobata, who is teaching the practice at the "Hakusanroku".
The preliminary inspection of this time was the main activity to make greetings more concrete by asking opinions of local people, as well as greetings to those who take care in the practice and report of the practical training plan at the present time .
First we went to "Hakusanroku Theme Park" and we met Mr. Hibino, Hakusan Tedorigawa Geopark Promotion Council (Hakusan City Hall).
we reported the plans we thought at the interns and carried out detailed arrangements for practical training. we got a lot of opinions and we learned a lot.
Then we went to the village of Yoshino Crafts and saw the first water mill. This water mill is the one that the seniors revived at the "Hakusanroku practice" last year. Even now one year passed, it was powerfully turning. Since our 9th graders were the first time to see it, we was touched and we felt the feeling for the event.
In this way we felt that it is because the local people are taking care of course, as well as the efforts of the seniors, we realized that it is a practice that is truly supported by everyone!
Returning back to the building, we also met Mr. Nishide, Mr. Komura, and Mr. Matsuzawa (Craftsman village staff, Hakusan Yoshino Region Promotion Association) who are always supporting the practical training, and report on the plan and meeting we did it. We were able to hear more local voices. Information that can not be learned on the Internet and the feelings of local people can be learned and we felt once again the importance of actually going to the site.
On the first day I went to the Hakusan City Hall greeted us.
On the second day, we gave a greeting to the people of Kanazawa Garden Material Co., Ltd. who are supporting the "Hakusanroku practice" and gave a more detailed discussion with Mr. Nobata based on the meeting on the previous day.
The preliminary inspection of this time resulted in the feeling of our ninth graders to practice at the "Hakusanroku", and we were able to raise our consciousness. Also, we felt like we got to know the importance of thinking things from each standpoint by talking to various people. we hope to do our best with all our strengths, from now on, while making the most of what we got from previewing! !

In this preliminary examination we could not see all the people who supported the "Hakusanroku training", but it was a preliminary inspection that made our feelings of gratitude really stronger for everyone.

안녕하십니까. 사야마제미 3학년 김가나입니다.
이번에는 사야마제미에서 실시하고 있는 하꾸산로꾸 실습의 사전답사에 다녀왔던것에 대하여 소개드리겠습니다.
올해는 사전답사를 8/2〜8/3에 걸쳐 실시하였습니다.
하꾸산로꾸실습을 지도해주시고 있는 노바따선생님 인솔밑에 실습생인 8기생와 9기생으로 참가하였습니다.
이번의 사전답사는 실습에서 많은 도움을 주시고있는 분들에게 인사를 드리고 현지점에서의 실습계획을 보고하여 그리고 또 현장 분들에게 의견을 듣고 계획을 보다 구체적으로 하는것이 중심활동였습니다.
먼저 「하꾸산로꾸테마파아크」에 가고 하꾸산테도리가와지오파아크 추진협의회인 히비노씨를 만났습니다.
실습생들이 생각한 계획을 보고하여 실습을 향한 구체적인 협의를 하였습니다. 많은것을 배워 공부가 되였습니다.
다음으로 「요시노고우게이노 사또」에 가고 먼저 처음으로 물방앗간을 보았습니다.
이 물방앗간은 작년의 하꾸산로실습의 선배들이 부활하였습니다.
1년이 지나도 힘있게 움직이고 있어 우리 9기생은 보는것이 처음으로 감동하고 실습에 대한 실감이 났습니다.
이렇게 1년간 움직이고 있는것은 선배들의 노력은 물론 주민사람들의 도움이 있다는것과 이 실습은 많은 분들의 사랑밑에 진행되여 있다는것을 또다시 느끼게 되였습니다.
그후 실습을 언제나 지지해주고 있는 니시데씨 고무라씨 마뜨자와씨도 참가해주시고 계획의 보고와 협의를 하였습니다.
보다 주민사람들의 소리를 들을수가 있었습니다.
인터넷에서 얻을수 없는 정보랑 주민사람들의 마음을 알수가 있었고 실지로 현장에 가는 중요함을 또다시 간직하였습니다.
첫날째의 마무리로 하꾸산시청에 가고 인사를 드렸습니다.
이틀째는 하꾸산로꾸실습을 지지해주고 있는 가나자와데이자이주식회사 분들에게 인사를 드려 전날의 협의를 포함하여 노바따선생님과 구체적으로 다시 협의를 하였습니다.
이번에 사전답사를 통하여 9기생 우리는 하꾸산로꾸실습에 대한 실감이 나고 의식을 한층 높일수가 있었습니다.
또 많은 분들과 이야기하는 것으로 그 대상에 맞게 생각해야하는 중요함을 느꼈습니다.
사전답사에서 배운것을 살리고 앞으로 실습까지 잘하겠습니다.
이번에 많은 도움을 주신 분들 정말로 고맙습니다.

이번 사전답사에서는 하꾸산로꾸실습을 지지해주시는 모든 분들과 만날수 없었으나 정말로 모든 분들의 감사에 대한 마음이 또 강하게 된 사전답사였습니다.
