On Tuesday night, I had a big stomach ache in the night time. I think it was some kind of food poisoning, but I still don’t know what it was. On that night, I ate dinner with my colleague, but they didn’t have anything. Maybe it is just the difference between a Lao stomach and Japanese stomach, but I never had such a stomach ache after coming to Laos. It was 1 A.M, where I woke up suffering from stomach ache. I ran into the toilet, but at that time, I didn’t notice it was food poisoning. I thought my stomach became cold, because I forgot to turn off the air conditioner. After finishing, I tried to sleep again, but at 3 A.M. I woke up again with even stronger pain. That time, I knew it was not a normal stomach ache. From 3 A.M., I couldn’t sleep at all. My boss asked me if I want to go the hospital, but I said no, because I have experienced a stronger pain in India. I thought the pain was not as bad as the pain I experience in India, so I knew how to treat myself. I made Aquarius, which I brought the powder from Japan. I also had many kinds of medicine I bought last year in Thailand, Philippines which have strong effect against stomach ache. I noticed how experience is important, since I had experienced the biggest stomach ache in India.
